Pass Plus

Pass Plus is a training course aimed at new drivers which builds on existing driving skills and knowledge.

By taking Pass Plus training, you could benefit from:

more experience which should increase your confidence

stronger driving skills and more road knowledge

a reduced risk of being in a road crash

saving money – with pass plus, car insurance should be cheaper

The training consists of six modules covering driving experiences you may not have covered yet such as driving at night, dual carriageways and motorways with your 1-2-1 instructor.

The course is made up of six practical modules which includes:

• driving in town

• driving in all weathers

• driving on rural roads

• driving at night

• driving on dual carriageways

• driving on motorways

Pass Plus is open to newly qualified drivers, generally those who have held a full driving licence for less than twelve months.

If you have held a licence for longer than a year, you should check  with your insurance company if you will be eligible for the discounts on offer before undertaking the course.

There is no test at the end of the training.
